Rustic Barn Wedding in Petoskey Michigan

Petoskey Michigan is one of the most versatile destination wedding locations in Northern Michigan. From rustic barn venues, to lakefront beach scenes, Petoskey has it all. Allyssa & Brandon chose the Gabriel Farms Barn venue, one of the most beautiful rustic reception barns. Located just outside of downtown Petoskey, you wouldn’t expect to see such a beautiful barn venue close to all the amenities! The property is surrounded by scenic vineyards and a natural landscape.

Decorated with navy, gray, gold, and accent jewel tones, the barn looked absolutely stunning! (Check out the detail shots below) Nothing short of a fall tradition, the couple opted for apple cider and donuts rather than a traditional wedding cake.

The Mitchell Street Bridge in Petoskey Michigan

With rain in the forecast all day, we decided to do the bridal party portraits underneath a bridge in downtown Petoskey Michigan. The Mitchell Street bridge is such an awesome backdrop for wedding day portraits! The bridge is known for its rustic elegance. Luckily, the rain didn’t start until the reception, and the barn kept everyone nice and dry.
