Marquette Michigan Blackrocks Wedding

It was a hot July day for a wedding. There was a special sentiment in the air at Texture Salon, as Tricia’s hairdresser from childhood did her bridal up-do. Tricia & Jason said “I Do” at the Holiday Inn event center in Marquette Michigan. Even with the covid restrictions at the time, they did not hesitate to go forth with their big day. With provided wedding masks, guests were able to stay safe while celebrating the newly weds. Tricia made an extra stop on the party bus route to Blackrocks to visit co-workers that couldn’t be at the wedding (due to the limited capacity requirements). Covid did not ruin this couple’s wedding day!

Little Presque Isle Bridal Portraits

The party bus route went through downtown Marquette on over to Little Presque Isle. Along the way, we stopped at the ore dock overlooking Lake Superior. Little Presque Isle is where you can adventure around the famous Blackrocks. There are overlooks, beaches, cliff jumps, and woodlands- all offering unique opportunities for a bridal portrait session backdrops.
