Northern Michigan Family Portraits
Northern Michigan Fall Family Portraits
These Northern Michigan Family Portraits were taken near Wolverine, Michigan. Like Leah and her family, many people come from “downstate” to see the fall colors change in Northern Michigan. This family travels almost every weekend to enjoy Northern Michigan. It’s no mystery as to why they travel all the way up here. We call these people “Weekend Warriors”.
Northern Michigan offers a little bit of everything for recreation. With four seasons, you can be snowmobiling through the Pigeon River Country Forest in January, and five months later you can be taking a boat ride in Burt Lake. Nub’s Nob and Boyne groom snow for us to ski downhill on, and we have groomed cross country ski trails. In the summer, these same hills and trails become biking and hiking destinations. You can fish in the same spot in the lake from a boat or an ice shanty, depending on when you’re here. Northern Michigan is recreational heaven for most. Leah and her family come “Up North” to enjoy all of these amenities.
Thank You!
